Contra Costa County median sold price is down -16%. Compared to one year ago the number of sold homes has decreased -9% while the number of home for sale has decreased -49%. The number of homes in contract is up +13%. New Listings are down -31%. With fewer homes for sale we are seeing multiple offers within just a few days of a home being on the market. With the number of new listings shrinking, and the number of homes selling growing, the county's inventory down -63% (under two months).
